Shipping
We offer shipping services to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we'll give you an estimate of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping service provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that for many items that we sell, shipping charges are based on weight. The weight of an article can be viewed on its information page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest unit.
Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also bear the cost of the return if the return is the result of an error on our part (receipt of an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Your refund will be provided within four weeks of delivering your package to the returning carrier, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This period includes the delivery time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 working days), the processing time for your return once we have received it (3 to 5 working days) and the time processing of our reimbursement request by your bank (5 to 10 working days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number as well as the information of the product you wish to return. We will promptly get back to you with instructions for returning the items in your order.
